Iacopo Fontana

Practice Areas

Iacopo Fontana deals with banking and financial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, transport, real estate law and structured finance. He regularly assists leading companies and financial institutions, private equity funds and investment banks in acquisition, structured finance, real estate financing, project financing and other capital market operations. Iacopo Fontana has developed a solid experience in the navigation sector, in the distressed M&A, debt restructuring and insolvency procedures. He advises on debt restructuring transactions (both pursuant to art. 67, para. 3 (d) and art. 182 bis of the Italian bankruptcy law) and, on default situations in general, Italian and foreign companies, banks and financial institutions.
