Iain has extensive experience advising on the negotiation, structuring and implementing of public and private M&A transactions, involving domestic and foreign purchasers and sellers. As team leader on transactions, he coordinates financing, regulatory, employment, tax and other advice from the early planning stages to closing. Iain is a sought after advisor for his experience in advising on technology transactions involving some of the world’s largest technology companies, including Intel, Google, Amazon, General Electric, Amazon and Salesforce.

Iain advises issuers, underwriters and investors on a broad range of financing transactions, including public and private equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and spin outs.
