As a Rising Star on the UHNW scene, Idan serves as ‘consigliere’ to some of Israel's young and newly affluent individuals and families. Idan has particular expertise in working with those who have found their fortune in entrepreneurial high-tech, where they have made successful exits and/or investments. He is also skilled at advising next-generation members of HNW families and helps connect the generations to reach favorable understandings and planning.

Idan is an expert in Israeli and international trusts, personal and family capital management, cross-generational wealth and business transfers, wealth planning, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and more.

Furthermore, Idan has significant expertise in real estate law, including planning and construction proceedings, sales and purchase transactions, commercial real estate, acquisition groups, combination and sharing transactions, guidance on projects, and more.

Idan brings his substantial experience in working with Chinese individuals and companies, having studied and worked in Beijing, where he connected C-level executives with businesses in China. He also has significant experience in investments and structuring assets across Greece, where Idan spends a significant amount of time each month.

He is a Certified Director in the Israeli Directors Association and sits on the board of several companies (particularly cybersecurity companies). Idan is also a member of the following committees of the Israeli Bar Association: 1. Internet & Cyber 2. Young Advocates forum.
