Ignacio has over 25 years of experience. He is a Partner with Andersen and leads the Corporate and M&A practice in Spain being also the coordinator of the Corporate and M&A practice of Andersen in Europe, as well as the responsible for the coordination of the Corporate Legal practice with Andersen worldwide. Ignacio leads the Cuban Desk of the firm, which shares knowledge of more than 25 years providing broad-ranging legal advice to national and international clients on Cuba-related matters.
