Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, 1999. D. in Juridical Sciences, at the same university and then at Duke University School of Law, Durham, NC, USA. Master of Laws, LL.M.Degree, May 2001; and a Master’s Degree focused on the study of Individual and Collective Labour Law and Environmental Law.
He participated in the International Labour Organisation, Geneva, Switzerland.
