Mr. Minorini Lima has developed extensive expertise in energy & regulatory law, and international and domestic arbitration proceedings. He advises and represents both local and foreign companies.
In the area of energy and economic regulation, he regularly advises companies in different regulated areas such as power generation -both non-renewable and renewable-, natural gas, infrastructure, administrative contracts, public utilities -electricity and gas transmission and distribution, water and sewage systems, railways- and other regulated activities.
With respect to dispute settlement procedures, Mr. Minorini Lima advises and actively represents clients in commercial and investment disputes under the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICDR (AAA) arbitration rules.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a foreign associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP (New York) at its international arbitration group.
Mr. Minorini Lima teaches Administrative Law at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, and he is a professor at the Postgraduate Degree in State Contracts and Public Infrastructure, and in the Master Course on Administrative Law at the Austral University.

He is a member of the editorial board of the IBA Arbitration News and of the Steering Committee of the IBA Arb40 within the IBA Arbitration Committee.
