Having more than 25 years of expertise in Intellectual Property matters, Inti Alva is the Managing Partner of Bgal Asociados. His practice focuses on trademark, patent, copyright and unfair competition litigation.
Inti has represented Mexican and multinational companies, giving him significant experience in addressing IP transactions, coexistence agreements, M&A agreements, acquisition of IP assets, sponsorship agreements, license and franchise deals.
