Irene is a Partner in the firm with over 14 years’ experience as a practicing advocate. She has a wealth of experience in commercial and civil litigation as well arbitration. She is an Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenyan chapter). She has represented and advised a diverse portfolio of local and international clients in disputes filed before all the courts in our legal system including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court as well as key statutory tribunals and bodies. She is currently a Board member of the Public Procurement and Administrative Review Board. She has significant and distinguished experience in employment and labour relations matters where she has consistently been top-ranked by various international legal directories. She also has considerable experience in tax, judicial review and constitutional law, public procurement, corporate insolvency and data protection. She has been involved in notable and important litigation in the country.
