Career

Irune de la Iglesia is the partner in charge of the Tax Department of RRBS Legal.

With more than 20 years of experience in Tax and Commercial counselling, her professional career has been mainly focused on the provision of a complete legal and tax advice to individuals, both residents and non-residents, and to entities, as well as in the advisory of M&A transactions.

Her profound knowledge and background in Mercantile Restructuration, Tax Planning and Corporate Reorganization & Restructuration, has allowed her to participate in mergers, acquisitions, and purchase-sale transactions of the greatest relevance, for both listed and not listed companies in high profile cases.

In addition, she has intervened in the constitution of Management Companies of Collective Investment Entities as well as Venture Capital Entities before the National Securities Commission of Spain. She has also participated in the constitution and incorporation into trading of Listed Investment Companies in Real Estate Market (SOCIMI’s) into the Alternative Stock Market.
