She also supports these teams in the restructuring of their packages.

She also advises managers, founders and shareholders of unlisted or family businesses on many aspects such as reorganization, external growth, corporate or family governance or compensation.

Her multicultural origins and her international experience naturally led Isabelle Cheradame to intervene in numerous international or “cross-border” operations, whether in the small, mid or large-cap market.
