Iván Moll specialises in legal and strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing rounds, advising on Venture Capital, international investment, private equity and corporate matters. He has coordinated and participated in numerous commercial transactions of a financial nature and the sale and purchase of national and international companies.

He specialises in advising on and negotiating commercial and financial contracts (e.g. sale and purchase, joint venture, shareholders' agreements, investment, credit, loan, securities lending, guarantees, agency, distribution, licensing, supply, manufacturing, technology transfer, commercial cooperation and collaboration, provision of services), due diligence processes and the assignment and marketing of bank guarantees.

Career

He holds a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and its Commercial Law Committee.

In 2000 he began his professional career as a mortgage lawyer at Moner Abogados in Barcelona. He was appointed Senior Associate Lawyer for the international legal and tax services firm Garrigues until 2012. In 2014, he joined Across Legal, where he became a partner in 2015.
