Career

He advises companies and trade associations on all aspects of international economic regulation and trade policy, including: antidumping and countervailing duty investigations; Section 201 safeguard cases; Section 232 proceedings; Section 301 actions; customs; export controls and sanctions; CFIUS reviews; and trade policy.

He has substantial experience litigating before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, US Court of International Trade, USMCA/NAFTA panels, and the World Trade Organization.

He also represents individual companies and associations on trade legislation in the Congress and trade policy issues under review by the executive branch of the United States government.
