Career
Jacques has an extensive experience in tax aspects relating to international operations and private clients.
He has also a strong experience in tax audits and tax litigation (corporate taxation, VAT, SMEs/SMIs, transfer pricing, etc for French and international companies and private clients.
Jacques is further recognised for his sectorial expertise, on both tax and legal aspects, in the area of sports, advising French Premier League football and rugby clubs, players, as well as sports agents and investors.
Jacques Messeca joined AYACHE in 2015 after having practiced for more than 20 years in the Tax department of major international law firms, including a “Big Four” and co heads the tax practice
