Career
James E. Ritch joined the firm in 1992 and has been a Counsel since 2016. He has over 30 years of experience advising both Mexican and international clients on their business operations in Mexico. His practice has grown alongside the evolving financial, M&A, and private equity sectors, while playing a significant role in advising investment funds and supporting the industry's growth in Mexico.
James is an active member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee, where he contributes to the solidarity economy and non-profit initiatives. He worked as a Foreign Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, in New York (1991).
