Jan Procházka is a partner in Dentons’ Prague office with 20 years of experience in M&A, PE, corporate, banking and finance law. He focuses primarily on M&A (domestic, cross-border, and regional), including private equity and joint ventures, and corporate (both corporate restructurings and corporate governance). In terms of sectors, Jan focuses on manufacturing and manufacturing and automotive, chemicals, retail, hospitality and leisure, renewable energy, TMT and e-commerce.
Career
Jan worked at the Dentons’ Prague office as an associate from 1998 to 2005. Between 2005 and 2010, he was a Senior Lawyer at Clifford Chance, Prague. In 2010, Jan rejoined Dentons as counsel. In 2019, he was promoted to partner.
