Javier Hernández’s practice mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, debt restructuring and capital markets, including in the latter case both one-off transactions (listings, public offerings, etc.) and general advice on regulatory compliance. He has participated in many major transactions and has acquired expertise in a wide range of both national and international added-value transactions involving companies operating in a broad spectrum of industry sectors.
