Career

Jeannine Lozada is already a key member of the IA´s Labour Department.

She advises national and international clients on a preventive basis on their social and labour obligations, prepares due diligence reports and analyses the means of regularization in the evet of non-compliance

She participates in negotiations to facilitate agreement between disputing parties regarding union petitions, labour restructurings by separations, wage cuts, changes and elimination of jobs, employer replacements defending the interests of clients.

In Corporate matters Jeannine counsels both national and international clients that require legal counsel in incorporations, daily management, expansions and/or liquidations of companies. She is in charge of obtaining authorizations and registries before public entities that certify and enable companies to function in the country; as well as drafting bylaws, minutes, powers of attorneys.
