Career
Jeffrey Mandel is the managing partner of the Orlando office. He represents private and public-sector employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. He counsels clients on employment issues, including: employment discrimination and retaliation, civil rights, ADA accommodations, FMLA compliance, wage and hour, military leave, employment policies, employment agreements, and non-competition and trade secret agreements. He litigates employment discrimination and retaliation cases before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. His practice also includes representation of employers before the National Labor Relations Board and the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, as well as representing management in labor arbitrations.
