Practice Areas
Jeff is co-chairman of Cozen O’Connor’s International practice, prior to which he chaired Cozen’s Transportation and Trade Group for many years. His primary practice areas are regulatory, corporate, and competition law with a focus on the maritime, logistics, and intermodal industries. Jeff represents U.S. and foreign companies, joint ventures, and trade associations involved in both US domestic commerce, as well as international business. He regularly advises on business acquisitions, horizontal co-operations, joint ventures, offshore energy (wind, oil & gas) projects, Jones Act issues, and asset pools (vessels, chassis). Jeff also represents clients before U.S. and international governmental and legislative bodies on policy and regulatory matters.
