Career

Jennifer is a highly regarded IP litigator who excels at breaking down complex concepts into persuasive legal arguments.

Jennifer represents Fortune 500 clients as well as emerging companies in connection with a wide variety of intellectual property litigation. She has served as lead trial counsel in numerous venues across the country, representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts, and at the USPTO and ITC.
