Jennifer is a leading junior practising in human rights, public and competition law, and a range of related fields. She has particular experience in managing complex, challenging and high-profile litigation, both led and unled.
She acts domestically, frequently appearing in the higher courts of England and Wales, as well internationally, at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Human Rights, and UN treaty bodies. She is called to the Bar of Ireland.

Recent highlights of her practice include challenges to the policy of removing migrants to Rwanda (AAA v SSHD) to decisions under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 (LetterOne v SSBEIS); inquests and inquiries for both families and undertakings; the first excessive pricing infringements in the UK (phenytoin and liothyronine); the first cartel damages trial (BritNed v ABB); lengthy litigation involving three CJEU judgments and two UKSC judgments on unjust enrichment (the FII litigation); actions on data protection and abuse of dominance against facebook, Apple and Google; and cases for claimants in UN treaty bodies (including women interned in the Magdalene Laundries).
She is a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel. She is committed to undertaking pro bono work.
