A partner at McKinley Irvin, Jennifer J. Payseno focuses her practice exclusively on complex family law. Located in the firm's office in Seattle, Washington, Ms. Payseno represents clients throughout the state in matters involving divorce, asset valuation and division, child custody and support issues, contested relocations, and post-decree modifications. She is highly regarded throughout the legal community for her integrity, courtroom skills, and unwavering commitment to every family she serves.

Ms. Payseno is also a leader in the legal community. She served as President of the King County Bar Association from 2019–2020. She is a longstanding member of the King County Judicial Screening Committee, serving as its chair in 2009–2010.

Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Payseno has received numerous awards and honors. She has received a certificate of appreciation from the Housing Justice Project of the King County Bar Association for her contributions, and she is also a previous recipient of the Random Acts of Professionalism Award given by the Washington State Bar Association.
