His commercial litigation funding work centers around guiding clients through transaction structure issues and deal terms, document preparation and negotiation, post-closing compliance, and dispute resolution.
With an intimate knowledge of best practices beyond the legal and ethical considerations in litigation financing, Jeremy is adept at aligning investor’s interests with the needs of the claimant to balance the need to protect his client with the desire to deploy capital, allowing cases to move forward with the expectation of a successful outcome and capital return for the investor.
Jeremy also advises on private equity and venture capital matters, venture and angel financing, investor rights and preferences, and strategies for the creation of enterprise value.
