A co-founder WKB, Jerzy co-heads the Energy practice. He provides expert legal and business advice to key players in the energy and other industries, including on investments, restructurings, generation and sale of assets as well as regulatory, tariffing, competition law matters and many others. Jerzy is frequently engaged in parliamentary works concerning energy legislation and is a co-author of acclaimed commentaries on energy and a number of publications on privatization and competition law.
