Jesper Fabricius heads Accura's Competition and Public Procurement Practice. He advises on all matters related to merger control, agreements restrictive of competition and business practices of companies with a dominant market position. His regular client base includes a number of industrial and business clients eg. within the consumer goods industry, the media business, engineering and technical services and logistics as well as mail operations.
