Jessica is a leading criminal and regulatory investigations and litigation specialist. She acts for senior individuals and businesses in investigations and proceedings brought by a variety of prosecuting and regulatory bodies such as the SFO, HMRC and the NCA. Jessica also represents clients in police investigations into serious crime. Case highlights include securing the acquittal of the former Chief Executive of Barclays Bank following the SFO’s prosecution of the bank in relations to its fundraising in the financial crash; several major SFO investigations into fraud and bribery such as Rolls Royce and G4S; and acting for individuals and executives in significant tax investigations. She has particular expertise representing clients confronted by international investigations.
