She has handled a variety of complex litigation matters including class actions, accounting and disclosure issues, securities fraud, fiduciary litigation, SEC and PCAOB investigations, whistleblower claims, and post-deal disputes. She advises corporations, officers and directors, and special board committees, in securities class actions in a variety of industries, including energy, oilfield services, health care, asset management, accounting, medical device, defense contracting, financial services, and real estate development.

Recognized as a leading securities lawyer by numerous legal directories, Jessica was profiled as one of seven “Rising Star” securities litigators nationwide by Law360 in 2016. She clerked for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
