Jevgēnijs Salims is a senior counsel and leading expert on dispute resolution practice, specializing in dispute resolution and enforcement of the law. Jevgēnijs is an expert in commercial law and contract law, insurance, disputes for damages, insolvency and restructuring, as well as the liability of members of management boards and supervisory boards of companies limited by shares. During his long career, Jevgēnijs has garnered a wealth of experience while holding an office of a justice of the court of appeals for many years and later practising as an attorney at the top law firms in Latvia. Jevgēnijs is an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Jevgēnijs advises and represents clients in complicated disputes at all levels of court and arbitration court. He has represented clients before the Constitutional Court of Latvia and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
