Personal

As a seasoned lawyer, Jicheng Liu serves a broad range of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested companies, and other well-known domestic companies, in areas such as human resource management process reengineering and employee settlement planning during enterprise shutdown and reorganization. In recent years, Jicheng Liu has made great achievements in dealing with employee fraud, employee reposition and settlement project, disputes with senior executives and other typical labor disputes, for example in 2020, Jicheng Liu helped a Fortune 500 company terminate Labor Contract with a suspected-fraud senior executive smoothly. Therefore, Jicheng Liu was awarded the medal of Social Stability Safeguard for eight years by Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

Jicheng Liu also handled a large number of cases with huge number of subject matters which were hold by Superior People’s Court and Supreme People’s Court. For performance in civil and commercial litigation cases, Jicheng Liu has won Business Achievement Award of Guangzhou Lawyers Association for nine years.
