JIFREE CADER co-heads Sidley’s Restructuring group in London. He has a wealth of experience in advising all stakeholders in the restructuring space and regularly acts for corporate debtors, private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks and other distressed debt and par investors, advising on all facets of European restructuring and insolvency. Jifree has been instrumental in placing Sidley at the forefront of many of the most complex and significant restructurings across a broad range of jurisdictions, where he has led his group to becoming a pre-eminent practice for high-profile, cross-border restructuring work.
Career
Prior to joining Sidley in 2016, Jifree was a partner in the restructuring practice of another international law firm.
