Jim regularly advises providers, including academic medical centers, hospitals, research networks and pharmacies on research and clinical trial matters. His experience includes advising on regulatory compliance, policy development, clinical trial agreements, intellectual property, billing compliance, conflicts of interest, misconduct, audits and investigations. He also advises healthcare providers and technology companies on data and sample usage. Jim has served on Institutional Review Boards.
