Jirapat Thammavaranucupt is a partner in the projects and banking practice group. He advises public and private sector clients on public-private partnerships (PPP) for the development of major infrastructure projects in Thailand. He was engaged by the Government of Thailand to assist in the drafting of the new Public Private Partnerships Act and has provided counsel on five mega infrastructure projects in the establishment of the Eastern Economic Corridor. Jirapat is a regular speaker at seminars arranged by the Thai Institute of Directors and national law schools.
