Joe is a member of Billericay Round Table, who are a local charity based in Billericay and raise money for good local causes from their fireworks display and santa sleigh. Joe has taken up various council member roles in Round Table since joining in 2018, including programmes officer, secretary, vice-chairman, chairman, and fireworks officer. Joe served as the fireworks officer for the 2022 fireworks display and brought the event back after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Acting for a client simultaneously in County Court proceedings for injunctive relief and a damages claim arising from a land dispute and a high value partnership dispute subject to Arbitration with a leading silk acting as arbitrator.
Acting for the Defendant in proceedings in the Birmingham District Registry of the High Court for a Search Order concerning the recovery of gas cylinders from commercial premises.
Acting for the Claimant in proceedings in the Chancery Division of the High Court on a claim for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 against a member of the English aristocracy.
Acting for a commercial landlord in obtaining a favourable settlement in proceedings in the Chancery Division of the High Court for relief against forfeiture. The premises were high value premises in Shenfield, Essex.
Acting for the executor and sole residuary beneficiary in proceedings in the Chancery Division of the High Court in obtaining an Order to pronounce his late father’s Will in solemn form. The proceedings had arisen following serious allegations from the client’s brother relating to coercion and undue influence in making the Will.
Acting for a high net worth individual in an action brought against her by her former partner for the recovery of high value items and injunctive relief in Central London County Court.
