Joel Greenberg is the Senior Corporate Partner of Senior Counsel at the firm. He concentrates in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, representation of financial sponsors, joint ventures, and securities offerings. He also advises on a wide variety of corporate governance and corporate matters (including representation of special committees), as well as transactional matters. He is a frequent lecturer on mergers & acquisitions topics and a graduate of Yale Law School.
