Johan is a "go-to" lawyer in the firm's Shipping / Offshore / Transportation Group and specialises in maritime project work and transactional shipping and offshore matters adopting a commercial and pragmatic approach to, what are often, complex legal transactions.

Johan advises clients on a broad range of areas within regulatory maritime law and has extensive experience with offshore projects, new-building projects for purpose build offshore vessels and negotiation of long-term charter parties relating to T&I, O&M and service employment work.
