Jack has a wealth of experienced in handling wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including antitrust / deceptive trade practices litigation, securities litigation, parens patriae actions by Mississippi Attorney General, banking and financial services litigation, shareholder and member disputes and related corporate governance matters. In addition to regularly representing clients in state and federal court, he has also represented clients in bankruptcy litigation, administrative actions and in defense of SEC, Mississippi Secretary of State and FINRA enforcement actions. He also regularly prosecutes and enforces loan agreements, leases and security interests.
