“A stalwart of the Delaware bankruptcy bar” (Chambers USA), John Knight is chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department. John represents debtors, prepetition and DIP lenders, purchasers, and other parties in interest in Delaware chapter 11 cases.
