Career
Named an “Energy and Environmental Trailblazer” in 2017 by the National Law Journal, Johnny is one of the Southeast’s most experienced and battle-tested major case lawyers. One of Lightfoot’s founding partners, he has spent more than 30 years defending leading companies against environmental and mass tort litigation, including class actions and individual toxic tort lawsuits. He also maintains a strong business and product liability litigation practice, handling a variety of cases in those areas. In addition, Johnny serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
