Mr. LeClaire’s private equity work has included leveraged recapitalizations, buyouts and minority investments in the U.S. and abroad, for leading private equity firms. He also specializes in the representation of growth companies in sectors such as technology and information services, health care and consumer products. Mr. LeClaire’s work in this area focuses on strategic counsel, mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments and other financing transactions, equity and executive compensation programs for senior executives and going-private and IPO transactions.
