Sam Zucker is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology Companies and Life Sciences group. He has years of experience working on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies globally, representing investors as well as portfolio companies.
Mr. Zucker has advised both buyers and sellers in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures, strategic alliances, collaborations, and divestitures. He also has extensive financing experience, ranging from venture capital, startup, and private equity financings to public company securities offerings such as initial public offerings, follow-ons, confidentially marketed public offerings (CMPOs), registered directs, and private investments in public equity. He also handles regulatory matters involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Nasdaq.
In addition, Mr. Zucker advises management and boards of directors on corporate governance and critical strategic matters – from general corporate, public company reporting, and market regulatory issues to acquisitions, corporate development, and capital market strategies.
