Jon Foreman is founder and partner of Foreman & Company, a boutique class action law firm with an emphasis on securities law, competition law, consumer and product law, Crown liability, pensions, and copyright law, among others. He has litigated a full range of class action matters, including the conduct of multiple class action trials and appeals on the merits. He has also negotiated and mediated many class action settlements and has much experience in the design of notice and claims distribution systems for class members.
Career
Achieved recoveries totaling nearly $350 million by settlement and by judgement. Recognized by leading legal professional ratings services in Canada and was awarded Lexpert's National Rising Star Award in 2013.
