Mr. Jong-Han Oh is the managing partner of Shin & Kim. Mr. Oh’s main areas of practice include domestic and international litigation & arbitration related to finance, securities and commercial transactions, hostile mergers & acquisitions, labor law and environmental law.

Mr. Oh tried in many significant litigation and arbitration cases representing Samsung group, etc. Mr. Oh has also handled many high-profile hostile M&A cases.
