Mr. Jong-Han Oh gained wide acclaim for his practice in securities, finance and commercial litigations in domestic and foreign markets for the past three decades since joining Shin & Kim in 1989. He is presently the managing partner at Shin & Kim.

Mr. Jong-Han Oh represented key domestic and foreign corporations in major lawsuits and legal disputes relating to securities, finance, and M&A. He also built a strong reputation in the area of high-profile corporate litigation and dispute resolution through various cases.

Internationally renowned legal publications, such as the Chambers and Legal500, recognize Mr. Oh as a “Leading Lawyer” in Dispute Resolution every year.
