Mr. Cho has also worked at the Korea Fair Trade Commission. For over 20 years, Mr. Cho has been handling KFTC cases and court litigation cases on behalf of many domestic and foreign companies in major Fair Trade Act cases that occurred in various industries such as semiconductors, mobile telecommunications, cable broadcasting and IPTV, automobiles, construction machinery, shipbuilding, steel, cement, construction, general manufacturing, and logistics.
