Mr. Chang-Hun Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim, and is presently a member of the management committee. He has continued his legal career since he began his legal practice as a judicial advocate in 2004.
While serving as a judicial advocate, he managed multiple litigation cases in various fields against the government or administrative agencies, and, in particular, excelled in the tax field by mainly handling administrative litigation related to tax imposition such as corporate tax and income tax. In particular, he represented global companies as the lead-attorney in various cases that attracted attention from the anti-trust sector around the world. He has also been involved in several prominent disputes reported in the media, such as the automobile emissions lawsuits.
