Mr. Eom has extensive experience in advising clients in connection with IPO, debt and equity capital markets, private equity fund, and mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions. His expertise also includes project finance, financial regulatory matters, financial technology (fintech) and blockchain technology.

His clientele includes domestic and global financial institutions, such as commercial banks, investment banks, asset management companies and other corporations and governmental organizations and public enterprises.
