Joost specializes in European and Competition law. He advises and litigates on cartels and abuse of a dominant position. Joost regularly assists companies in merger control notifications. He represents businesses and government organizations in proceedings before the European Commission, the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets, the Dutch courts and the European Court of Justice. In addition to competition law, his field of work also covers Benelux Foreing Direct Investment ('FDI') regulation, EU transportation law and consumer protection law.
