Career
Jordi Sot is the head partner of the Compliance area in Toda & Nel-lo, specialising in Business and Administrative Law, especially in Crime Prevention for Companies and Managers and Corporate Governance. He has worked as in-house legal counsel in multinational companies in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Property Law from the Bar Association of Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in General Management Programme from IESE Business Schoool.
