Joerg is a partner at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. His practice focuses on M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate and finance matters.

Joerg represents strategic and financial investors in a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, complex joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has also handled a significant number of distressed company acquisitions and regularly represents clients in financial transactions and debt restructurings.
