Career

Partner and Director of Labour and Employment area at az. He is responsible for leading the advice to the az clients in labor matters — such as collective bargaining processes, labor problems that affect clients or companies, evaluation of labor contingencies derived from merger or acquisition processes—, litigating before labor courts and superiors of justice, among other actions.

Likewise, he combines his professional activity with teaching activities, being an academic in the Master of Labor Law, Adolfo Ibáñez University, and in the Individual and Collective Law Diplomas of the Diego Portales University, as well as visiting professor at other universities. In addition, he stands out for his publications in the field of labor law and participation in seminars and talks.

Permanently Mr. Arredondo is recognized by leading international publications, Jorge has earned a prominent place in Labor Law at the national level, being permanently cited by the media as an expert voice in these matters.
